Program Description:
Situated in southwestern Germany, Tübingen, is a combination of rich, medieval history and bustling, cosmopolitan flair. Enjoy exploring this vibrant university town while earning German credit! You will have the opportunity to strengthen your language skills through courses at the Sprachinstitut Institut SIT and through living with a local host family.
Program dates May 27 - July 27, 2019
Course credit 6 credit hours of GERM 111, GERM 211, or GERM 398
(depending on student’s current level)
Program price $5,000
Price includes Tuition, international health insurance, housing in homestay, airport shuttle, breakfast/dinner daily
Price does not include Application fees, airfare, textbooks, lunch, personal spending money, passport fees, local transportation, excursion expenses

Students must be in good academic and disciplinary standing to study abroad and must have a cumulative 2.5 GPA.  

In general, financial aid will apply to UM study abroad programs.  All students should review the study abroad information on the Financial Aid Office website.  It is the student’s responsibility to meet with a financial aid advisor to discuss how aid packages apply to study abroad.
