Travel reimbursement forms should be submitted to the Study Abroad Office no later than 30 days after the program end date.

Submitting Grades
Faculty members who are instructors of record must submit grades through my.olemiss.edu.  If the dates of your program do not align with the grade submission deadlines for the term of your program, please submit I - Incomplete grades for the students and post final grades when the program and all assignments are complete, preferably within 30 days of the due date of the last assignment.
