Transcripts
Transcripts must be sent to the study abroad office via the contact information below. It is the student’s responsibility to inform their program where to send their transcript before completing their program. If it is sent to the Admissions office or the Registrar’s office, we will not receive it.

Via mail (email is preferred):

It may take up to 90 days after your program is completed for your transcript to be sent to our office (some programs may take longer). Once we receive your transcript, we will upload it to your application. You will receive an automated email to let you know it has been uploaded. Your study abroad advisor will then complete a transcript evaluation form and send it to the department of your major to sign. Once we receive their signature, we will send your transcript and the evaluation form to the Registrar’s office to update your grades. This entire process may take 2 or more weeks to complete.
You will receive GLS 111 as a placeholder course credit until we are able to update your records. If you have not submitted a Course Approval Form for the courses you took abroad, you will receive credit for GLS 111. (Note: You may receive an automated email warning about grades being due by a certain date, which could result in receiving an incomplete grade for the course if not submitted on time. Study abroad students are usually exempt from this requirement, but since the email is automated, you will probably continue to receive it.)
