The summer semester is a wonderful time to study in the southern United States. We have three options for summer enrollment:

The Summer 2026 program dates are listed below. If a student enrolls in Summer I or Summer II, they must enroll in at least 6 credit hours if it is their first time studying at Ole Miss. If a student enrolls for the Full Summer Term, they must enroll in at least 12 credit hours if it is their first time studying at Ole Miss. Not sure what these fees are? Here's what's included:

Tuition - Includes six hours of tuition and a university transcript upon completion of the program.

Mandatory Fees - As required by the University of Mississippi, the mandatory fees include the International Student Fee, Capital Improvements Fee, and Activities Fee for all enrolled students. The state of Mississippi requires that all incoming international students submit to a blood test and chest X-ray for tuberculosis screening. These tests must take place on our campus and, unfortunately, cannot be completed before arrival.

Housing and Housing Application Fee - Includes a double room in a traditional residence hall for arrival day through departure day. A linen pack includes all necessary linens and supplies for their arrival and duration of stay: sheets, blanket, pillow, towel, and washcloth, laundry bag, and one bar of soap.

Health Insurance - Health insurance is required for all international students. Waivers are available based on certain criteria.

Meal Plan - The meal plan includes meals in on-campus dining halls, with availability for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Excursions and Activities Fee - This fee includes expenses related to excursions, including the track-specific excursions and activities, events, and cultural events for all students.

Course Fees - Select courses may charge an additional fee for classroom items, materials, or facilities. Students can check which courses incur additional fees in our course catalog.

Passport and Visa Fees - Students must apply for an F-1 or J-1 visa, and the requisite visa fees are not included in the program costs.

Off-campus meals - Students who choose to eat off-campus will need to budget for additional meal costs

Course Offerings
Undergraduate Course Offerings
Courses labeled with a number ranging from 100 to 400 level (nothing at 600 or higher) are for undergraduate credit.
Examples: Business 101, 205, 303, 450, 500
Graduate Course Offerings
At this time, graduate courses are not available for our International Summer School. Graduate-level students may take undergraduate-level courses for the summer program if permitted by their home university.
During the summer, courses meet five days per week, and students earn 3 hours of credit for each completed course.

Select the term for your intended study. Course schedules are released in late March for the following summer terms. Prospective students and applicants may have to view prior summer course offerings to get an idea of what courses are offered before summer course lists are officially released — for example, students may need to view courses for Summer 2025 for the upcoming Summer 2026 term.
