Program Description:
Iguana in St. Thomas, USVI

Embark on a voyage through the Caribbean to discover the biological diversity of island destinations such as San Juan, St.Thomas, British Virgin Islands, and Barbados.  During this amazing program, you can escape the cold of winter and study the wildlife of tropical island paradises throughout the eastern and western Caribbean.

Course Credit: BISC 380 for 4 hours
Prerequisites: Minimum 2.5 GPA, good academic & disciplinary standing at UM, faculty and dean's office approval
BISC 160, 161, 162, 163
Program Price:  $3,500
Program Price Includes: Tuition, housing, meals, program-sponsored excursions and activities, & international health insurance
Program Price DOES NOT Include: UM Study Abroad Application Fee, travel costs (NOTE: cruise embarks and disembarks in New York City, personal spending money, visa fees
