The University of Leeds International Summer School offers students an opportunity to experience the UK education system at one of the UK's leading universities with fellow international students.You'll be able to immerse yourself in genuine British culture in one of the best cities in the United Kingdom. Leeds, located in the heart of the UK, is one of the largest metropolitan areas in the United Kingdom. This allows students to be able to take advantage of all the amenities of life in a large city, all while being in one of England's most beautiful backdrop of Yorkshire.
The International Summer School is composed of two 2-week sessions, which will allow students to return with six hours of credit during their time abroad. With classes ranging from History, Literature, Business and Entrepreneurship, Computer Science, and Sociology, the International Summer School at Leeds gives students a diverse range of courses that will give you one an authentic British experience. The University of Leeds has agreed to take six UM students on an exchange basis for this program. The exchange price for this program is $2,870. We will nominate the three students who qualify for Leeds' admission requirements on a first-come, first-served basis. The application deadline to be considered as an exchange student for this program is March 27.
The University of Leeds also has scholarships available for you to apply for while applying for this program. The amount of this scholarship is £500 or roughly $750.
