Staff > Blair McElroy
Blair McElroy grew up in Jackson, Tennessee, but has been a resident of Oxford, Mississippi since the day she set foot on the UM campus as a freshman. She earned a Bachelor’s Degree in International Studies, minoring in Chinese and French, and studied abroad in Beijing, China, for a semester. She is a graduate of the Croft Institute for International Studies and the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College at The University of Mississippi. Blair then completed her Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law and studied abroad at Cambridge University during this time. While in law school, she focused on intellectual property and international trade. She is a licensed attorney in the State of Mississippi and also teaches in the Department of Legal Studies at The University of Mississippi. Blair joined the staff of the Study Abroad Office at the University of Mississippi in 2006 and specializes in contracts and agreements, risk and crisis management, social media, and media projects.
